Such high-yield debt are generally unsecured, or share collateral with senior secured lenders, and rank behind senior debt. The fund invest only in European debt instruments and with a clear focus on issuers in the Nordic region. The investment objective is to achieve consistent high risk adjusted total returns while managing liquidity and default risk. The fund makes long-term investments and generally hold a higher concentration than the index portfolio. The fund is a Luxembourg-based SICAV regulated by the financial authorities in Luxembourg.

Nexum Nordic Loan Funds invests in senior bank loans secured by first priority liens in performing companies. These loans are senior secured obligations at the top of an issuers capital structure. The funds invest only in European loans with a clear focus on issuers in the Nordic region. The investment objective is to exploit the current market opportunities in the secondary market and build a carefully selected portfolio of senior secured debt. The funds makes long-term investments and generally hold a higher concentration than the index portfolio. The funds are Luxembourg-based SICAVs regulated by the financial authorities in Luxembourg.
